Here are some good questions to ask yourself - or someone you are coaching...

• So - what's next?
• Where do you think you should go from here?
• What do you think is your best option?
• What would you like to see happen?
• Tell me about your options?
• What do you want to accomplish?
• Which path will you choose?
• If you were to evaluate your effectiveness, what would you measure?
• What resources will you need to accomplish your goals?
• What's working?
• What's not working?
• What are you learning?
• Who can help you with this?
• Is there any area of your life where you sense God is wanting you to grow?
• Where do you need help?
• What ideas have you had?
• What really satisfies and fulfills you?
• What energizes you?
• What drains your energy?
• What do you want to be remembered for?
• What's one thing you'd like to change about yourself?
• What's really important?
• What frustrates you?
• What obstacles are you facing?
• What's next?
• Given your priorities, what needs to be addressed?
• Where do you need to focus?
• What do you need?
• What are you willing to endure to see your vision become a reality?
