Have you ever written a Psalm? Yesterday as I was reflecting on Psalm 111, I determined to write out my own psalm. I started with the same opening and closing lines. I simply tried to express my heart to God in response to His love and grace in my life. Since it was October 2 – I am calling it Psalm 10/02.

Praise the Lord!

I will praise the Lord with all my heart, for He alone is worthy of my praise.

God is great – His greatness is incomprehensible and He has done so many great things for me.

I know that I don’t deserve His grace and love, yet He keeps on giving more and more great love.

I will remember His death and sacrifice for me; so unworthy yet loved with unending love.

And I’m not the only one who receives such favor. He extends His grace and love abundantly.

You are good to me.

You are so good to me.

Your love and grace overflow on me.

I am Yours. I belong to You. I’ve been bought with your life.

Holy and awesome is Your name.

I will worship You. I adore You.

I rest in your finished work on the cross.

To You Belongs Eternal Praise.
